Mini Linear Actuators (PA-14)

Product Overview:
All mini linear actuators shown on the website are in stock and available to ship out on the same day your order is placed. All products shown on the website are 12v linear actuators. These mini actuators are very small in size, powerful, quite, and easy to install. Each 12v actuator comes with 2 wires (positive and negative), internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting holes on each end. Our mini actuators are very popular in hobby design, auto, marine, industrial, furniture and medical applications. The stroke sizes available for these 12v actuators are from 1 inch to 24 inch, with force of 15 lbs, 50lbs, and 150lbs. At Progressive Automations we offer different shipping methods both ground and air. With our warehouses located in US and Canada, our customers are able to receive 12v actuators with quick transit times and low prices. In order to qualify for same-day shipping, please ensure that your order is placed by 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Any orders received after 3:00 pm will be shipped from the nearest warehouse on the next business day.

Controls:
Please note that all mini actuators available from Progressive Automations are in fact DC 12v actuators and can be used with our control boxes if AC power is required. The control boxes come with wired or wireless remotes as well as simultaneous and non-simultaneous use. You can control as many as 10 actuators at the same time using a single wireless remote, call us to find out how. Using a control box will give you quick and easy set up of your application with no need for 12v power supply. Please note, the 4-Pin connector is required for each 12v linear actuator that is purchased together with a control box. The 4-pin connector is sold separately, please see the accessories section of the website.

In addition, customers have an option to use 12v battery together with a rocker switch. Both of the items can be found on our website. For wiring diagram please visit the PDF section of the website..

Mounting:
Each 12v actuator can be mounted on each end.  Please use our BRK-14 mounting brackets for these actuator models as they are specifically designed for these units.  Each unit requires 2 mounting brackets.

Custom Orders:
If you are not able to find the 12v actuator that meets your specs, we can custom make it for you.   We can custom make the stroke sizes, voltage, force and dimensions that are not in stock from range of 0.2 inches to 24 inches.  The custom voltage would be 24VDC or 36 VDC.  The custom force would be 350 lbs (speed 0.27” per second).  Other custom options for these mini actuators are mounting hole dimensions, connectors, and wire length.  Any combination of customizations options can be used together.  For custom orders please give us a call.
