PA-10 Specifications

The PA-10 water-resistant electric linear actuator has a weather protection rating of IP66 to withstand harsh outdoor environments. In combination with the PA-10’s compact size and high-force rating, it makes it excellent in marine, automotive, and agricultural applications.

For applications that require added corrosion resistance, the PA-10 is available in a Salt Spray rated version which features specialized porcelain plated housing. This has been vigorously tested for up to 400 hours of salt spray exposure, ensuring that it will perform in the harshest environments.

MOUNTING OPTIONS:

The BRK-09 bracket, compatible with the PA-10, can be used on either the stroke or motor-end mounting locations and allows for over 180° rotation.

CONTROL SYSTEMS:

The PA-10 features a highly efficient drive system that requires very low power. At maximum load, it will draw less than 6.0A at 12VDC. This is a great power-saving feature for applications using batteries. It also makes the PA-10 easier to integrate into existing control systems, as well as the various control systems we have available.

Awesome Product!

This product is designed and works amazingly well! I am a property manager of several commercial & medical spaces, along with several restaurants, and we have now purchased 7 of these for the use of an overhead awning that opens and closes at a prominent brewpub by the ocean, and they have held up exceptionally well. They are quiet, quick, and seem to be able to withstand the elements outdoors, especially the salt air. They are a great price, arrived in a timely manner, and the company was easy to work with when we needed to return one because of ordering the incorrect size. I will only buy from Progressive Automations for all of our actuators.

Waterproof IP68M Linear Actuator and the PA-25

I purchased two actuators years back which I used in my DIY stern thruster build. The two have been functioning extremely well these past 5 years. In the summer of 2024, I purchased two Waterproof IP68M Linear Actuators which I used in my DIY stern drive project intended for lowering and raising the, Yup, stern drive. I am extremely impressed with the immunity these units have to water emersion and spray. The two actuators are never under water but do receive a huge amount of water directly at them when underway. I use the 12 VDC Control Box Model PA-25 to equalize both actuators. This is a fantastic device. It is extremely responsive to the remotes. The variable speed feature is a win!

Very quite

The actuator is my second one bought and it works just as well as the first one.
The actuator is quite and has a lot of power for my application. Do your research or give them a call for the right one for your application.
Remember to order end brackets they don't come with it.

Solar tracker upgrade.

Ordered a 24" to make sure it worked for my needs. It worked better than expected. I ordered another 24" with in a months time. They are built strong not like some other you find on Amazon. The pins are alot larger that hold it to the mounting brackets.they are so quite.
Well worth the money.
