Progressive Care

Progressive Care is an optional extended warranty plan for linear actuators that provides additional protection beyond the standard warranty. Depending on the plan, it can extend coverage up to 36 months and include benefits such as priority claim handling, advance replacement, and accidental damage protection.

Progressive Care covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as electrical or mechanical failures under normal use. Premium plans may also include accidental damage protection and faster replacement service.

The warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, overloading, modifications, chemical exposure, or use outside of product specifications. Normal wear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, and third-party control system failures are also not covered.

You can submit a claim through our online warranty portal or contact our support team. After reviewing your request, our team will provide the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, returning the unit, or receiving a replacement.

In most cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection. However, Premium plan customers may qualify for advance replacement, meaning a replacement unit can be shipped before the defective one is returned.

Yes. Progressive Care is available to customers worldwide through our Global Store. However, availability of extended warranty plans may vary depending on the product, region, and local service conditions.

If your country or jurisdiction

Our extended warranty is offered in addition to any rights you may already have under applicable law. Some jurisdictions impose mandatory warranty terms, minimum durations, or other consumer protections that cannot be waived or reduced by contract. Where the laws of your jurisdiction require warranty coverage, terms, or durations that exceed those provided under the warranty coverage you hold, the greater of the two applies: you will always receive whichever offers more protection—your purchased coverage or the legally required minimum—at no additional cost to you. Your purchased coverage is never reduced to the legal minimum; the legal minimum only ever raises your coverage where it would otherwise fall short. Before purchasing extended warranty coverage, we encourage you to review the consumer protection and warranty laws applicable in your location. In some jurisdictions, the protections you are already entitled to by law may meet or exceed our standard coverage, in which case additional extended warranty coverage may not be necessary for you. In any case where a conflict arises between the terms of our warranty and the mandatory legal requirements of your jurisdiction, the applicable legal requirements will prevail to the extent of that conflict. The remaining terms of our warranty continue to apply where they are not in conflict with applicable law.
