FLTCON-3 Specifications

Keep 3 matching compatible lifting columns or Hall effect actuators moving together with the FLTCON-3 lifting column control box. It uses 110 VAC input and provides 24 VDC output. Programming must match the connected model. Save and recall positions with a compatible preset remote, sold separately.

3 control channels synchronize identical compatible 24V Hall effect actuators or lifting columns. Confirm the connected model and required programming before ordering. Saved positions depend on the selected remote; RT-11 supports up to four memory positions and is sold separately.

The wired remote is sold separately. Select the handset required for your application. No separate external DC power supply is required for AC input operation.

Power input: 110 VAC, with 24 VDC output.

Compatible Hall effect actuators: PA-04-HS-24VDC, PA-TS1, PA-09-HS, PA-10-HS, PA-01-HS. Use the appropriate 24V versions and model-specific controller programming.

Lifting columns: LG-02, LG-03, LG-07, LG-11, LG-12, LG-13, LG-14. Select the controller channel count to match the number of columns.

Preset remote option: RT-11, sold separately.

What actuators are compatible with the FLTCON-3 and how do I ensure proper synchronization of three units?

The FLTCON-3 compatible actuators have hall effect sensor feedback, 24 VDC operation, and a current draw no higher than 8A each. To ensure plug-and-play synchronization, the setup requires three identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup. How do I set and use memory presets with the FLTCON-3 using a compatible remote like the RT-11?

With an RT-11 handset remote, move to a desired position using the UP and DOWN buttons, and then press a preset key to save; tap this preset key to recall the desired position. The FLTCON control boxes can store up to four actuator memory presets.

Can the FLTCON-3 replace existing table lift control systems like FLT-05 or FLT-09, and what should I consider during replacement?

Assuming the older table lift was already previously using an FLTCON-3 with the same pinouts, mounting, power requirements, and programming requirements, a newer FLTCON-3 could be used as a replacement control box. Does the FLTCON-3 come with a remote and which remote models are required for full functionality?

We offer a wide range of compatible remotes (wired and wireless) that offer various unique features, sold separately. The RT-11 recommended remote is the most popular for our FLTCON control boxes, which offers four memory presets, basic up/down keypads, and an LED display.

What is the input/output voltage of the FLTCON-3 and what power requirements are needed for safe operation?

The FLTCON-3 accepts 110 VAC input power and has 24VDC actuator output ports. To ensure safe operation, use 24V hall effect actuators with power requirements that do not go over 8A current draw per actuator.
