The TY-05-40 Drop Down TV lift easily installs to automate your home entertainment system. With the drop-down design, you can lower your television up to 75" down from the ceiling and raise it back to hide in plain sight when not in use. The TY-05 series was designed to be able to fit into tight spaces such as attics and is easily controlled via wired or wireless remote. The TY-05-40 has a travel distance of 40" and has a 110 lbs load rating.
