In many applications, electric lifting columns are the perfect solution for driving linear motion as they offer benefits such as versatile performance capabilities, smooth operations, and safety features. However, certain sets of lifting columns on the market may only come limited to one configuration with a fixed number of legs and no options to select between different models of control boxes or remotes. Thanks to popular demand from our customers, we are now introducing more options in customizable models that promote this kind of enhanced flexibility with our new range of modular lifting columns!

Customization Options of Our Modular Lifting Columns

Modular lifting columns

Browse through our range of lifting columns and find the best one for your application!

At their core, our new models of modular lifting columns are like single-unit legs of our previously offered lifting columns that came in a fixed configuration, however, they can now be selected and paired with other remotes and control boxes. In just 4 easy steps, you can customize the configuration of our modular lifting columns according to your application needs:

Step 1: Pick a color from the available options for your modular lifting columns.

Step 2: Choose (from 1 to 4) how many legs of a modular lifting column you want to operate in a system.

Step 3: Pair your choice with a suitable control box.

Step 4: Select from our large range of remote controls the one(s) that suit your needs best.

LG-02-3RM-25-180-HS-24V

Our LG-02-3RM-25-180-HS-24V has a height range from 23.5" to 49" through its 3-stage design and can produce up to 180 lbs of force as a single leg. Designed with a rectangle column shape, users can choose to have this modular lifting column in black, white, or gray color. While the FLT-04 has been discontinued, using our 4x LG-02-3RM-25-180-HS-24V-G lifting columns, 1x FLTCON-4 control box, and 1x RT-11 remote works just the same!

LG-03-2RM-16-440-HS-24V

Our LG-03-2RM-16-440-HS-24V has a height range from 22.8" to 37.8" through its 2-stage design and can produce up to 440 lbs of force as a single leg. It also comes with a rectangular shaped column design in silver color. While the FLT-03-2-2 has been discontinued, using our 2x LG-03-2RM-16-440-HS-24V lifting columns, 1x FLTCON-2 control box, and 1x RT-11 remote works just the same!

LG-07-3RM-32-440-HS-24V

Our LG-07-3RM-32-440-HS-24V has a height range from 24" to 56" through its 3-stage design and can produce up to 440 lbs of force as a single leg. It also comes with a rectangular shaped column design in silver color. While the previous FLT-07 has been discontinued, using our 2x LG-07-3RM-32-440-HS-24V lifting columns, 1x FLTCON-2 control box, and 1x RT-11 remote works just the same!

LG-12-2RM-16-1300-HS-24

Our LG-12-2RM-16-1300-HS-24 has a height range from 22.8" to 37.8" through its 2-stage design and can produce up to 1300 lbs of force as a single leg. It also comes with a rectangular shaped column design in silver color. While the FLT-12 has been discontinued, using our 2x LG-12-2RM-16-1300-HS-24 lifting columns, 1x FLTCON-2 control box, and 1x RT-11 remote works just the same!

Wider-Ranging Control Box Compatibility

FLTCON control boxes

Each of our FLTCON control boxes allows for the ability to have programmed functions, safety features, and other user settings that can be accessed through the connected remote control. When multiple lifting columns are connected to an FLTCON control box, the control box ensures the synchronization of the motors so they move together at the same speed.

When choosing a configuration with 2 legs, there is now the added option to select our 2 channel FLTCON control boxes to have an input voltage of 110 VAC or 24 VDC. Our FLTCON-2 accepts 110 VAC input voltage, however, we also offer the FLTCON-2-24VDC which accepts 24 VDC input voltage. When paired with our PA-BT1-24-2200 Portable FLT Battery Pack (outputs 24 VDC), the FLTCON-2-24VDC and PA-BT1-24-2200 combination allows for full portability in a 2-legged system.

Variety of Remote Control Options

Remote Control

Previously, the different models of lifting columns we offered all came with a remote included, however, they were all limited to just the wired remote model RT-11. Our new range of modular lifting columns comes with a wide range of remote options to choose from without having to order a second remote separately. Enjoy all the unique features of our different programmable wired remotes – they can also be used together with our RT-14 wireless remotes for extra convenience!
