FLTCON-2 Specifications

The FLTCON-2 Hall effect control box is a 2-channel control box that synchronizes the travel between two identical linear actuators, lifting columns or table lifts that are equipped with Hall effect sensors. Pair actuators such as the PA-04-HS with this box, coming readily available with a 24 VDC motor and hall effect sensors. This control box can also work as a replacement control box for our FLT-02, FLT-03-2-2, FLT-06, FLT-07 and FLT-10 table lifts.

Take your FLTCON-2 control box to the next level with wireless connectivity. Simply plug in the RT-BT1 Bluetooth dongle and connect your system to the Progressive Motion app on Android or iOS. Enjoy seamless, remote operation and enhanced control — right from your smartphone!

Ensure FLTCON-2 compatibility by selecting actuators and lifting columns that have hall effect sensor feedback, 24 VDC operation, and current draw no higher than 8A each. To ensure actuator or lifting column synchronization, the setup requires two identical columns or two identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup. Bottom line, these things are cool. They solved a lot of problems in the design of a 16' adjustable cutting table. Installation and setup were simple. I will be using them for future projects.

This lift works perfectly for our installation. The lift is part of an RV remodel wherein we replaced a small sofa with a combination desk, fireplace, and TV. The mechanism is extremely quiet and smooth in operation. We've mounted a 53" TV and everything works together seamlessly.
