FLTCON-4 Specifications

FLTCON-4 je 4-kanálová riadiaca jednotka s Hallovým efektom, určená na prevádzku so štyrmi identickými 24 VDC lineárnymi aktuátormi s Hallovým efektom a so systémami zdvíhacích stĺpov. Naše lineárne aktuátory PA-03, PA-04 a PA-18 možno prispôsobiť tak, aby mali snímač spätnej väzby Hallovho efektu, ako aj 24 VDC motor. Naše jednotky PA-04-HS sú dostupné v 24 VDC a štandardne sú vybavené snímačom Hallovho efektu potrebným pre riadiace jednotky série FLTCON.

Pomocou káblového ovládača s predvoľbami môže používateľ lineárne aktuátory synchronne vysúvať, zastavovať a zasúvať, ako aj s RT-11 ručným ovládačom (predáva sa samostatne) naprogramovať až 4 prednastavené polohy. Môže tiež slúžiť ako náhradná riadiaca jednotka pre náš stolový zdvihací set FLT-04. 

Pozdvihnite svoju riadiacu jednotku FLTCON-4 na ďalšiu úroveň vďaka bezdrôtovej konektivite. Jednoducho pripojte RT-BT1 Bluetooth adaptér a pripojte svoj systém k aplikácii Progressive Motion v Androide alebo iOS. What actuators are compatible with the FLTCON-4 and how do I ensure proper synchronization for four channels?

Ensure FLTCON-4 compatibility by selecting actuators that have hall effect sensor feedback, 24 VDC operation, and current draw no higher than 6.25A each. To ensure proper synchronization, the setup requires 4 identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup. How can I use memory presets with the FLTCON-4 and what remote is needed to access this functionality?

The RT-11 recommended remote is the most popular for our FLTCON control boxes, which offers four memory presets, basic up/down keypads, and an LED display. With an RT-11 handset remote, move to a desired position using the UP and DOWN buttons, and then press a preset key to save; tap this preset key to recall the desired position.  

Can I control the FLTCON-4 system wirelessly and what setup is needed for Bluetooth connectivity?

Wireless actuator control is possible with the RT-14 Wireless Remote and RF Receiver and/or use with our RT-BT1 Bluetooth Dongle. The RT-BT1 connects compatible FLTCON control boxes to your smartphone via the Progressive Motion app, available for both Android and iOS platforms.

Is the FLTCON-4 compatible as a replacement for FLT-04 table lifts, and what should I consider during the upgrade?

Assuming the FLT-04 table lift was already previously using an FLTCON-4 with the same pinouts, mounting, power requirements, and programming requirements, a newer FLTCON-4 could be used as a replacement control box. What are the power input and actuator output specs for the FLTCON-4 and how should the system be wired?

The FLTCON-4 accepts 110-220 VAC input power and has 24VDC actuator output ports that handle up to 6.25A per channel. To ensure safe operation, follow the 4-channel control box specs by wiring four matching 24V hall effect actuators that have similar wire length and do not draw over 6.25A of current each.
