De FLTCON-1 Hall-effect-besturingsbox is een éénkanaals besturingsbox die is ontworpen om te werken met onze 24 VDC lineaire actuatoren en hefkolommen die zijn uitgerust met Hall-effectsensoren. Stel verschillende geheugenposities in wanneer deze wordt gekoppeld aan een slimme afstandsbediening zoals de RT-11.

Onze direct beschikbare lineaire actuatoren met Hall-effectsensoren, zoals de PA-04-HS met een ingangsspanning van 24 VDC, ondersteunen plug-and-playfunctionaliteit. Houd er rekening mee dat de besturingsbox niet beschermt tegen grote stroompieken die worden veroorzaakt door harde stops/beschadigde units. 

Til uw FLTCON-1-besturingsbox naar een hoger niveau met draadloze connectiviteit. Steek eenvoudig de RT-BT1 Bluetooth-dongle in en koppel uw systeem met de Progressive Motion-app op Android of iOS. Geniet van naadloze bediening op afstand en meer controle — rechtstreeks vanaf uw smartphone!

What types of actuators and lifting columns are compatible with the FLTCON-1, and how do I ensure plug-and-play connectivity?

Ensure FLTCON-1 compatibility by selecting actuators and lifting columns that have hall effect sensor feedback, 24 VDC operation, and current draw no higher than 8A. For plug-and-play lifting columns and actuators, ensure they have the matching 6-pin Molex connectors that mate with the FLTCON-1 output port. How do the memory presets work when using a smart remote like the RT-11, and how many positions can be stored?

With an RT-11 remote, move to a desired position using the UP and DOWN buttons, and then press a preset key to save; tap this preset key to recall the desired position. The FLTCON control boxes can store up to four actuator memory presets.

How do I enable Bluetooth functionality with the FLTCON-1 and which mobile devices or apps are supported?

Use our RT-BT1 Bluetooth Dongle to connect compatible FLTCON control boxes to your smartphone via the Progressive Motion app, available for both Android and iOS platforms.

What are the power requirements for the FLTCON-1 and does it provide surge protection for the actuator system?

The FLTCON-1 power input accepts 110 VAC and outputs 24 VDC (up to 8A) to a hall effect compatible unit; however, it does not have built-in surge protection.
