Associez des vérins tels que le PA-04-HS à ce boîtier, disponible avec un moteur 24 VDC et des capteurs à effet Hall. Ce boîtier de commande peut également fonctionner comme boîtier de remplacement pour nos tables élévatrices FLT-02, FLT-03-2-2, FLT-06, FLT-07 et FLT-10.

What actuator or lifting column models are compatible with the FLTCON-2, and how do I ensure proper synchronization?

Ensure FLTCON-2 compatibility by selecting actuators and lifting columns that have hall effect sensor feedback, 24 VDC operation, and current draw no higher than 8A each. To ensure actuator or lifting column synchronization, the setup requires two identical columns or two identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup. How does the FLTCON-2 synchronize two actuators or table lifts and what are the key setup requirements?

The hall effect synchronization process reads the positional feedback signals coming from the two actuators to determine their speed and adjusts the power being applied to them for the dual actuator sync effect. Key setup requirements include selecting two identical columns or two identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup. 

Can the FLTCON-2 be used as a replacement for older table lift control boxes, and what should I check before replacement?

Assuming the older table lift was already previously using an FLTCON-2 with the same pinouts, mounting, power requirements, and programming requirements, a newer FLTCON-2 could be used as a replacement control box.
